Unfortunately we do not accept returns for change of mind, so please choose very carefully prior to placing your order!
FAULTY ITEMS
In the unfortunate event of any product faults or defects upon receiving your order, we will fully refund you within 15 days of purchase.

REDELIVERY POLICY
Karma & Co is not responsible for any items that are returned to sender. It is important that your correct address is given when placing your order and that you track your delivery to ensure it is not missed.
A redelivery fee will be charged inline with Australia Post pricing based on the size and weight of your items. Please contact us at info@karmaandcoaus.com to arrange for redelivery.
LOST PARCEL POLICY
Karma & Co is not responsible for missing packages due to an incorrect address or having been left unattended. Though we will pursue this issue with Australia Post and help where we can, Karma & Co does not offer refunds for lost parcels where the customer is at fault.
